Every end and beginning of the year always had been bursting with celebrations. Every city will have all the beautiful decoration in place for the season’s greeting. One of my favourite is Hong Kong, and I believe a lot of people out there will have the same thought.Victoria Harbour, at all times, nicely decorated with all kind of lighting to boost Hong Kong tourism industry.

Back in Malaysia, I always like the effort Sunway shows in enhancing the celebration mood. Wanted so much to take the picture of the X’mas and New Year decoration but never did. So I was sending my customer to Sunway Resort Hotel the other day and he refused to go for a welcome dinner because of intensive 20 hours travelling. So, I was left out without any plan and this idea of proceed to the middle of the road to take some pictures of “Gong Xi Fa Cai”’s decoration with my compact camera. Don’t tell me I should get a DSLR instead because I KNOW and I bloody KNOW.
Heya! Agreed, the arena of stars there right.. when i was there for vacation 1 week.. nearly everynight also go there sit for an hour.. windy ma.. nice scenery.. or maybe becoz i stayed in a cheapskate kowloon hotel nearby..
well important thing is u r comfortable with the camera u use!! i won’t be carrying round my dslr..i prefer my compact! eventhough the quality may not be as good…but at least u can travel comfortably!!! hehehhe
and we can still see how wonderful those decorations are!!!
Decorated night places are always an interesting snapshots! But…yeah, u need GOOD camera!
