Premiere – Orphan

I don’t usually watch horror movie especially haunted. The reason being, I’m scare there are too many negative elements in it which doesn’t make any good to us. Heart pumping faster in this situation increases blood circulation is not consider healthy as you are on trek mill ok. However, the trailer on Orphan was so persuasive by emerged my curiosity in knowing “why”. Again I was lucky to get invited by Nuffnang for premiere screening of Orphan exactly a week back.

It was nice. Ok, “nice” sound weird on thriller like this. It was filmed brilliantly. Along the movie, there were many disturbing phenomenon which we don’t want to see and know in reality. It was not scary as you found on a ghost related play but sickening and disgusting. The script was clever; it makes you keep wondering why? Why? and why? with a really understatement tagline “There’s something wrong with Esther”.

I’m not going spoilt your watching sensation here by disclose the plot. You go and watch it yourself to understand what I said here. I would say Orphan was intense with cruelty and surprises. It looked like an old tale from any other similar type of movie but it was certainly original about the secret holds by Esther (Isabelle Fuhrman). Ohh ya… the painting were amazing.

Myhorng Rating – 7.5/10
