Did anyone see spider web here? Almost hitting 3 weeks with nothing was updated. Lately, truly madly deeply FML when it comes to WORK!. Work always sucks isn’t it? If you are in doubt with my statement, then you must be the luckiest person on the planet and please continue doing whatever you do now for another 11,23o,304 years. ok, I know, I’m a bit out of my mind, just ignore me.
On week 42, which was 3 weeks ago, there were so much love here and there. It was an eventful week with lots of events lined up. When sun rises, busy with all the stupid works which pay my daily meals. When lord of the darkness strikes, life was full of activities.
Monday was KY’s post birthday dinner celebration together with Suanie. 3 of us paid slightly more for dinner at Cafe Cafe downtown than wat we did for crabs dinner for 9 a day before. Awesome dinner ended up with a Gay Magazine as birthday pressie for KY.
I love Nuffnang on Tuesday for a pair of premiere tickets – Whiteout. The plot was a bit shallow although it did surprise me that all those that happened in the movie caused by a simple word – Greed. The scene location was interesting – South Pole. Nothing much on the acting but Kate Beckinsale is definitely hot. Overall, an average movie.

Wednesday is a movie day in Malaysia and this lovely God got me another movie premiere for the week. Pandorum was literary a far future fantasy sci-fi of human kind migration into deep space. I personally didn’t really enjoy this show as much. Not too sure if it was the way the story flows or just that i was too tired (Pandorum effect maybe). Everything was just so dark. such a contrary from Whiteout which basically covered with snowy white.

In conjunction with the Absolut world campaign launch of ABSOLUT LOVE, we were once again invited by Eric to join the fun held at RogueArt Gallery. Shaolintiger was so kind to give us a lift with his new Airtrek. Everyone was so happy until we got stuck and be part of the traffic-built-up-dragon. A hungry person is an angry soul is never wrong. However, our patient driver still manage to get our asses to the venue on time but with a price to pay – skip dinner.
The usual suspects were already there and party will never be the same again with those people around. Other than vodka, luckily Absolut supplied us with some awesome salmons and prawns as well that kept us alive. The vodka cocktail were nicely mix and they were good. I like vodka with cranberry juice.

There were these monster bottles of Absolut Kurant, Citrus & Original that let us “syiok sendiri” for a while. Just imagine these bottles fill with real vodka, how long will it takes for us to empty it?

We had fun and it did ease the tense I had from daily task which was not fun at all. Event ended quite early and Jalan Alor’s chicken wingz was what we were waiting for. With Terence the God around, over ordered will never be a surprise.
Wanna try counting how many wingz we ordered?
As for weekend, I was assigned by tourism Penang as a tour guide and that was a pleasant assignment actually. Ipoh’s council kinda jealous and place a nail along the highway caused me a 2nd flat tyre of the week and ended up a night stay in Ipoh for DimSum the next morning before continue the trip to Penang. It was an aroused yet interesting trip after all.
