Last 2 weeks ago, I was on business trip to Philippines and after a week rest from food poisoning, I was good for business trip to HongKong and China. Due to tight schedule, I need to rush all the way from HKIA to HK Science Park and this took me almost an hour and half. HK Airport Express change to MTR TsuenWan line then to West Rail line and finally East Rail line in order to reach my destination.

Lunch was at HK Science Park’s food court which cost me HKD 38 for a plate of calamari fried noodles with Pepsi. Food was normal but the weather was awesome on a 20 degrees Celsius sunny day with sea breeze. hmmm…. Best thing was, I got to do some msning, facebooking and twittering with the wifi connection provided, precious!. (soon enough I realized how nice it can be in HK because China won’t allow you get in touch with FB and Twitter).
Staying in HK will definitely cost a bomb, therefore I normally travel to ShenZhen instead. Met up with a friend who I knew from my JiuZhaiGou’s trip last year when I traveled alone. We did SiChuan for dinner. Can’t help but ordered more than what we should because I really miss all those dishes.

Dry Fried Four Season long beans was not the best I had but acceptable. MaPo Tofu with thick spicy chili minced pork and alot of grated Chinese pepper was something very different from what we have back here. Spicy Chicken was the best dish for the night with fragrantly deep fried small pieces of chicken. As for fish fillets, the so call Water Cooked Fillet is regarded as one of the famous dish for SiChuan Cuisine. The water here is basically oil. Everything was soak in oil with dried chilies. Not sure if the oil contributed to the silky smooth texture to the fillet. Have to beware of the freaking fish bones. Damn alot of them. Of course, the next day, my hot ass told me I had too much chilies, pain.

It was a long and tiring day for me, so how can I not pamper myself with a massage session especially in China, right? The usual health spa center I went located not too far from my hotel and I still like it a lot. This place operate 24-7 all year long. They have approximately 700 masseurs running on 5 shifts. Including other staffs like beauticians, waiters, cleaners, captains, receptionists, cooks, bartenders, etc, it will easily exceed 1500 workers. It has mini cinema, cyber cafe, saloon, facial, dinning area, massage rooms, sleeping zone, relaxing hall with individual sofa with personal TV, KTV rooms, Jacuzzi, Steam bath, hot and cold dip, water massage area, and lots more.

I had shower and water massage jacuzzi before I went for proper 2 hours full body massage then relax on the sofa enjoying my honey lemon and assorted fruits watching Jacky Chan movie before heading back to hotel. The session cost me RMB 156 (including RMB30 tips which is mandatory there)

This was how tired and enjoyable day of my business trip to HK and Shenzhen before some tragic moment happened. Will update about that very soon. Stays tune.
