It was an exhausted business trip week for me. Hasten schedules, head cracking brain storming session, long-winded discussion and crucial decision making drained me empty. The only nice thing about this trip was, my butt get to comfortly rest on MAS’s nice soft cushion instead of black hard and straight Air Asia’s seat.

It has been a while since I last step into KLIA for departure. Normally, I don’t really care much about the surrounding but this time something really captured my interest. I don’t remember I saw this my very last time at KLIA.

KLIA Jungle Boardwalk

I really like the idea of having this little passage converting the advance futuristic building into wild tropical rain forest by just walking through it. Seeing big trees covering the sky with leafy canopy and dense tangled vines surrounding and occupying the ground might not looks interesting to us but to many foreigner out there, this experience walking in it, is indeed precious.

I remember how we laughed at one of the tourist hot spot named Yanoda on Hainan Island, China during our family trip. This place has nothing much to offer except the experience of walking through the rain forest and enjoy the natural flora along the way.  I have to agree that this place is actually quite nice and well preserved. It can easily amazed many of its visitors but it didn’t impress us that much as rain forest is basically part of our live in Malaysia.

View once you came out from the KLIA passage of transformation

I think it’s a very smart and bright move for KLIA to have such an area which may be an eye opener to our visitor.

Soothing waterfall
